FAQ
Classes/Memberships
Do you offer online classes?
All of our classes are in-person.
Do I need to have a membership to take a class?
You can sign up for a single class at a time without a membership. Drop-ins are also welcome (if we have room)! See here for current single-class rates.
What does a membership include?
The memberships are tiered based on how many classes you take per week. Being a member also allows you to attend workshops free of charge. See our Membership Signup page for details about each tier and current rates.
Can I add a single class when I have a membership?
Yes, it will be charged at the discounted rate, depending on your membership. See our membership page for current discount rates.
Is there a contract for membership?
No, but if you cancel your membership in the middle of the payment cycle, you will not be reimbursed the difference. You may continue your classes until the cancellation date.
How is the membership billed?
Your membership is automatically billed monthly on the date of your first class
Cancellations
What is the class cancellation policy?
You must cancel your class at least twelve (12) hours in advance or you will forfeit the class. We understand that illnesses arise and we will assess those on a case by case basis regarding the policy.
Can I reschedule?
Yes you can reschedule within the twelve (12) hour cancellation window for the same week, otherwise you will forfeit the class.
If I miss a class will I be behind the rest of the class?
Classes are asynchronous and you will just pick up where you left off of your personal regimen.
