Trial Class

Any of our classes may be chosen as your trial class: Strength, Cardio, Balance/Mobility, or Meditation. This initial session is offered at a discounted rate of $15 (regular single class price is $35).

Please plan to arrive 10 minutes early. The professional trainer will meet with you to discuss a brief medical history, your goals and expectations, and familiarize you with the equipment for safety.
