Balance / Mobility Classes

These classes are designed to emphasize balance which tends to decline with aging, and mobility through the joints to ensure optimal lubrication and reduce pain and fall risk. In addition, your brain is challenged with slower, functional tasks.

What to expect:

Balance and Functional Mobility classes are 50 minutes long focused on just that: balance, coordination, and mobility. Recommended 1-2 days/week.
